QI GONG EXERCISE

  1. Breathe in, clench 2 fists and put them on left and right side of the waist with palm side facing u
  2. Breathe out, punch the left fist forward while turning the fist upside down
  3. Breathe in, return to step 1 posture
  4. Breathe out, punch the right fist forward while turning the fist upside down (as shown in the picture)
  5. Breathe in, return to step 1 posture and repeat
  6. Breathe out, punch the left fist to the left while turning the fist upside down, turn the head to look at the fist
  7. Breathe in, return to step 1 posture
  8. Breathe out, punch the right fist to the right while turning the fist upside down, turn the head to look at the fist
  9. Breathe in, return to step 1 posture
  10. Breathe out, punch both fists forward
  11. Breathe in, return to step 1 posture
  12. Breathe out, punch both fists sideway
  13. Breathe in, return to step 1 post
